The year has finally come to an end and what a great year it has been for fashions and trend. Let me just name a few trends that passed us by, starting off this year with nautical stripes designs, pleated power shoulders to one shoulder design, cut-out dress and backless pieces, military trends to riding boots, sheer, fur and oxfords. We also must not forget the death of the great fashion designer Alexander McQueen. This is only a pinch of trends throughout the years that made such a big impact and I am sure we will carry some of these look over to 2011. We can only imagine what the New Year will bring us. So slip into your best outfit and start the New Year in style with happy memories of 2010. We hope you have a fantastic and safe New Year!
Check out Taylor Swift, out and about in her bright red beanie complimenting her red lips. Her simple all black look was achieved with leggings, lengthy top and a leather jacket. The pop of color was just genius; giving her ordinary style a look of its very own. Try out this look or even try adding a different style hat to top off your outfit. Check out UrbanOG.com collection of hats.
Back in the mid 90’s, knee highs was the hottest thing seen walking all over town. This fall they are back from opaque to sheer and even animal prints. We can always depend on our fashionistas Rihanna, seen here in leopard knee high, taking a comeback style to the next level. Try out this look with your dresses, skirts and even shorts. Have fun with it!

Stand back floral prints because dimensional floral design is making its way through! Who said our apparel has to be flat and boring? Well, some of the top designer spring collection for 2011 like Christian Dior with the gorgeous nude dress and Diane Von Furstenberg blossom bottom seen here to your left, both had popping design. Not to worry we here at UrbanOG.com is on top of the upcoming trends and have already brought this look to you. Check out our apparel collection for you very own dimensional pieces.
Socks and Sandals were always thought of as fashion No, No! Surprisingly enough they are showing up at designers’ runways like Burberry seen here and is making a statement this fall. Personally I have always been against stockings being worn with open toe shoes, so the idea of socks blew my mind. But I have to admit this look is starting wearing on me. It does give your style a twist of originality, well I guess for the mean time until other start catching onto this trend. Remember when trying this style, stick to the thinner dress socks and steer clear from those bulky tube socks!
