Bruno Mars' Golden Super Bowl Performance

(photo: Larry Busacca/Getty Images)

HOT HOT HOT!  I mean, what else can I say?  Bruno Mars is hot, plain and simple.  And his performance for the Super Bowl XLVIII halftime show was absolutely sizzling!  Starting things off smashing on a drum set that swept him onto the stage from center field, to dancing reminiscent of groups like Jackson 5, he was simply magnetic.

And speaking of magnetic, what about those metallic suit coats?!  Bruno Mars matched his entire group with shiny gold, slim fit blazers that were custom made by Saint Laurent.  The jackets were tailored to perfection with leather lapels that matched leather skinny ties, black slacks, and patent-leather lace-ups that you simply couldn't take your eyes off of (thanks to Bruno's seriously impressive James Brown styled footwork).

What did you think of his look?  What was your favorite moment?

Monique Lhuillier's New Ready-to-Wear Campaign

(photo: Monique Lhuillier)

Monique Lhuillier.  There are few words that go together as beautifully as Monique Lhuillier.  And honestly, there are few things as elegantly stunning as her new collection of ready-to-wear pieces.

And best of all, it's her first.  Yes, her first ever RTW campaign has just rolled out, starring the gorgeous Codie Young, and every piece in the collection is just breathtaking.

A perfect statement for the soon coming Spring season, the new 2014 collection features beautiful and bold hues of pink, orange, red, and luscious creams.  You'll see textures of lace, sheer chiffon, and stunning satins making this collection on par with the perfection you already expect from her bridal collections.

What do you think of the new campaign?  Drooling yet?

Lanvin Femme's New Video Campaign

What else is there to say once you've seen the video?  LANVIN just rolled out their newest video campaign, and it is scintillating to say the least.

Imagine walking into a nondescript room, in a nondescript place, and stumble into a random conversation who's context you are completely removed from.  That is the basis for this campaign.  Except.... this room happens to contain 6 alarmingly svelte models with impossibly glowing skin, wearing the impeccable designs of LANVIN.

The metallics are truly breathtaking, the lines of the suits some of the cleanest you'll find, and the accessories sparkle endlessly.  So as for the conversation, which seems to be describing some baked goods being tasted for the first time, it doesn't matter.

We love the looks.  As for the video... you decide!

The Grammy's Red Carpet Recap!

(photo: Steve Granitz/WireImage)

Grammy time!  Did you guys watch the Grammy's last night?  What was your favorite moment?  As expected, there were many talk-worthy moments at the Grammy's last night, I mean, did you see P!nk spinning in the air while singing a power ballad?

But just like there's always heavy anticipation for what might happen during the performances, there's just as much anticipation about what everyone will (or won't) wear on the red carpet.  And while there were some lovely moments we saw (Beyonce looked gorgeous in that Michael Costello gown and so fit as always) quite honestly, I was hoping for a little more splash and statement.

Don't get me wrong, I love the look of a simple, and effective streamlined gown a la Taylor Swift's Gucci gown, and Ciara's Emilio Pucci dress, but the fashion on the red carpet and during the show was rather safe this year (Madonna in a suit?).  What do you think?  I've gathered some of the red carpet looks we love, and some we're just not sure about.

Take a look and tell me your favorite!
