Jessica Alba's Transformation!

Well I thought we'd start this lovely spring Monday off with a little birthday cheer!  Jessica Alba turns 33 today, and she's had a long and illustrious career so far!

The world was first fully introduced to the exotic beauty in the film "Never Been Kissed" with Drew Barrymore.  And while I was virtually still in diapers then, I feel like I grew up seeing her as acting royalty, making a mark on pop culture films.

Now she's not only still gracing the screen, this mom of two has built a healthy, organic empire with The Honest Company, where you can find all things organic, biodegradable, healthy, and safe products for caring for a child, as well as tons of information on safe organic beauty products.  Bravo to that.

So let's celebrate her birthday by looking at how she's changed over the years, and cheers to many more to come!

Happy Birthday Michael Jackson: A Look Back

Today would have been the 55th birthday of legendary pop icon Michael Jackson, and Twitter, along with just about every other social media network out there, is ablaze with well wishes, retrospectives, and opinions about his life.

Everyone is well aware that Michael Jackson epitomized the very definition of celebrity, with extreme career and personal high points, as well as tragic lows.  It was all elements of his both public and private life that left the world forever curious about the star.

But more importantly, Michael Jackson single handily redefined what music, dance, fashion, and art are in pop culture, forever changing the way in which artists and desiring icons present themselves, a feat only one person could have done.  Like him or not, that fact stands true.

Stars like Justin Timberlake, Neyo, Beyonce, Justin Bieber, Stevie Wonder, Quincy Jones, Lady Gaga, and Janet credit Michael as the single greatest living entertainer of all time.  It was Elizabeth Taylor who crowned him with the title "King of Pop," a title that likely will never be taken down.  One would be hard pressed to find a pop star in any subsequent era that wasn't influenced and trying to emote the larger-than-life persona that Michael Jackson had created when on stage.

So while you may or may not have doubts about the scandals and personal woes that surrounded Michael in the later years of his life, let's set that aside and take a moment to enjoy the music... the art that he created that shaped and defined a legacy of pop culture.

Happy Birthday Angelina Jolie! Her Best Fashion Looks!

The soon to be Mrs. Brad Pitt is celebrating her birthday today!  She’s turning 37, and she doesn’t look a day over gorgeous! 

Many of us have been able to watch her style evolve over the past few years, and while Angelina’s talents as an actress are tremendous, her style has truly turned her into a fashion icon… I mean, who could forget “The Leg!”

So to celebrate another year of looking fabulous, we’ve picked out some of our favorite Angie looks.  And while looking at them, we also noticed a certain love affair with a core group of designers... but who can blame her!  Being on a first name basis with Versace, Kors, and Ferragamo ain't bad company!

So let’s all join in a rousing cheer, “Happy Birthday Angelina!”
