Sprint Isn't Just for Floral Prints

Spring is in full swing now with the weather heating up, we all want to break out our fun printed day-dresses. In the words of Miranda Priestly from The Devil Wears Prada, “Floral? For spring? Groundbreaking.” But don’t worry if you aren’t the floral print type of girl there are other trendy print options for you this season like tie dye. Which is a classic print that should be an essential part of anyone’s closet.

I know what your thinking, tie dye? What?? But it’s not the rainbow colors of the 70’s or that one shirt you made at summer camp. It’s a bit more toned down, neutral and a lot more wearable. So what are you waiting for?!  Put your twist on tie dye with one of our great picks below.

2015 Fashion Trend Alert: Bohemian Comeback

(photo: Monica Feudi / Feudiguaineri.com)

It's no secret that bohemian chic rules the worlds of the etherial, outdoor spirited fashion lovers, but 2015 is going to make everyone else a believer in this effortlessly bold trend.  Splashed all over the runways for 2015 Spring / Summer collections like Emilio Pucci (above), Gucci, Chloe, and a host of others, we're going to see a big uprising in the amount of styles and takes on this traditionally Earthy look.

Expect to see a surge in hues away from traditional browns, burgundy, and olive, and look for bold bright citrus colors, watercolor patterns, mixed textures of furs, suede, leather, chiffons, and unexpected touches with sequins.  The cut, thankfully, will always remain loose, billowy, and light-as-a-feather, making it one of the most comfy trends for this year!  And I personally couldn't be happier!

Try mixing metallic accents, gladiator sandals (another big trend for 2015), long dangle earrings, and tussled hair in your pairings.  And don't think too much about it!  The look is meant to flow naturally, a much needed diversion from the straight lines and restrictive silhouettes from last year.

So what do you think?  Are you excited to try the Boho trend if you haven't already?  How would you put your look together?
