Work It Out UOG Style

With busy schedules it’s sometimes hard to find the time to get a workout in our daily routine. We all have reasons for exercising, but for many of us, it’s not because we genuinely love it. Working out has many health benefits such as boosting our immune system and can even slow down the aging process.
