I'm back with another TikTok post for you ladies, why you ask? Because as a 2000's kid (who pretty swore off this new social media app last year) I'm thoroughly impressed with how versatile, entertaining, and simple the app is to use. Especially through these tough times with the quarantine situation, many individuals are finding more ways to spend their newly accumulated time at home. One of my favorite features of the app is the "For You" feed which accumulates an endless list of TikTok hits each only about 5 to 60 seconds long. These curated TikTok videos that pop up are great because they are specifically FOR YOU! The Tiktok algorithm does recognize the kinds of videos that you tend to watch and like and procures the for you page with feeds of what they believe would be of great interest to you. For example... my 'For You' includes makeup, OOTD, shopping, funny girl memes, and other trending challenges that I enjoy. Top 5 Netflix Crime Documentaries to BINGE watch on now!

Restaurants, movie theaters, and bars are closing. What is a better time then to binge-watch a true crime productions?!  It looks as if most of us are going to spend some time at home, and goodness knows diversions are welcome.  This is coming from a TRUE lover of crime documentaries and cannot wait to see the next best one. And whatever it may say about these bleak times, true-crime documentaries, in feature film and series form have proven among the most bingeable of entertainments, drawing us ever deeper into their webs of suspects, clues and whiteboards. “Tiger King,” a(first on my list) while not a straight true-crime series like these others, has elements of some of the more gripping stories on this list.

Netflix knows that a good plot twist or shock witness keeps us from reaching for the remote, and the streaming service has filled its library accordingly. These are a few of its best offerings.

1. Tiger King: "Murder Mayhem and Madness" The title says it all, you will be hooked by the first episode. 

2. Evil Genius:  A bomb collar strapped to a bank robber's neck? He says he is innocent?        What could this mean?  Unravel the twisted mysteries of this true crime series. 

3. Abducted in Plain Sight: You wouldn't believe what happens in this story everything just seems so implausible but yet it's REAL.

4. Long Shot: This true crime documentary will make you believe that you can be in the right time in the right place. 

5.  Fyre: Unlock the story of how a seemingly huge music festival on a remote island turns out to be the biggest sham of all time before it was too late.

Hi, girls ready to get a voluminous hourglass figure post quarantine?  Well here I am to help you out with that.  Mind you I am not a fitness instructor but these are just the workout that has tremendously shaped my side booty profile from ruler to that peach emoji we all love.  First off before we get started I believe it is important to make exercise as a part of your routine.  Whether it is every morning, mid-day, or evening, you do want to make it a habit to get your exercise in especially now that we are quarantined at home and some might tend to grab a snack every 5 minutes.  Snacking is not exactly a bad thing all the time as long as the snacks you are consuming are generally healthy and natural.  Some great snacks would be raw almonds, peanuts, black beans, etc.  It is important to get enough protein in your diet if you are trying to build a bigger side bootie and get that "coke bottle hourglass" figure Dojo Cat has been on about. I can definitely tell you that I received great results so follow these easy home workouts and you'll have that figure in no time!

With abundant amount of population ordered to stay at home. Many of us (even reluctant Millennials) gravitating towards the new social media craze. What is this new hot application you say? It is TikTok, the fastest growing social media of this year and last. Since its launching 2016 the site has hosted over 500 million accounts and growing. Many of us who are not on the TikTok train yet aren't well versed in what the interest is all about, TikTok was formally Musical.y and is a video generating app where you can easily create meme's, short stories, funny vlogs, diy, makeup, dance challenges and an unlimited source of FUN. With our past busy schedules it’s sometimes hard to find the time to get a workout in our daily routine, however in light of recent events that lead many of us quarantined at home.  All gyms due to a government shut down mandated to close down.  Individuals find themselves having to rely on home workouts and home equipment.  What better way to work out than to work out in style!  What better motivation is it to give yourself a little self-care in these trying times than to practice a healthy exercise. Working out has many health benefits such as boosting our immune system and can even slow down the aging process. But sometimes, those reasons alone aren’t motivating enough to get us up off the couch. It can make us feel and look better, but the hardest part is getting started.
