Sarah Jessica Parker Sings on Glee!

All of our whimsical fantasies about what Sarah Jessica Parker's office would look like if she had one on camera have just come true!  Couture clothes, shoes, light pillars and accessories galore lined the fabulous office on set for SJP's appearance on last night's episode of Glee!  And it was simply divine!

And did we mention she sings?  Making her Glee debut, Sarah Jessica Parker played a fashion editor while doing a song and dance number mashup of "The Way You Look Tonight" and "You're Never Fully Dressed Without a Smile."

Sigh.  It was pretty much the most awesome thing ever.  What a delightful world Glee is!  Watch the video and enjoy!

Lanvin Inspired Designer iPhone Cases

You spend your time plotting the perfect outfit, watch the runways for the new on demand trends, and accessorize, accessorize, accessorize!

And while most attention to detail is spent on the perfect top and pants combo, rings, heels, and bags, why not take a moment to give your phone a designer makeover?

Timed perfectly to reflect the Fall 2012 looks for Lanvin, trendy cases have popped up from Milly with a Lanvin inspiration, taking on the fuchsia and lace appeal.

The lacy pink case, which also comes in chartreuse, looks as if it had its own spot strutting down the runway.  And at $40 a pop, may be the most modestly priced runway look you'll find!

Look We Love: Leather and Denim

The weather is finally starting to cool down (well, unless you live in Southern California like we do!) which means it's time to bring out the transitional pieces that make fall fashion something to fawn over.

Case in point, crop tops, jeans and leather!  This look is the perfect transitional statement look, from the classic cool blue denim to the long tan trench.  Wearing a long sleeve crop top keeps the look light, and on the cooler side for the earlier part of the afternoon when temperatures are still on the warm side.

The long, lightweight trench is also the perfect fall staple, and the neutral color and scrunchable sleeves keeps the look relaxed, making it ultra versatile for many looks.  

And then there's the splash of leather!  We absolutely love the leather fedora with this look.  It brings a western element to the outfit without adding an overwhelming amount of leather since the weather isn't cold enough for that yet.

Add a fringe scarf, leopard peep toe sandals and a cream leather bag and the look is complete!  What do you think of leather and denim?

Giorgio Armani Fashion Week

As if taken from a midnight, twinkle laden night skyline, Giorgio Armani's designs glided down the runway during this years Fashion Week, showcasing the Spring 2013 collection.

One thing that really struck me was the stark difference of this collection to the many others we've seen lately walking the runways.  While others are playing with bold patterns and vibrant hues, Armani went with sequins, sheers, and neutral cosmic blue color palates.  We like!

Silk separates in dark navy and blacks highlighted the day looks, light teals and baby blues were used as accents, structured patterns added texture to they eye, and evening dresses and gowns were layered over relaxed fit trousers to create a classic elegance.

Strawberry Shortcake's Designer Makeover!

Long, lanky, leggy models aren't the only ones strutting their stuff during the whirlwind of fashion events during Fashion Week.  The one and only Minnie Mouse was just honored in London (adore!) and now our beloved red head is getting a chic makeover to make Minnie just a little jealous!

Strawberry Shorcake is getting a head-to-toe look revamp from French designers like Sonia Rykiel for a line of original Shortcake dolls to be auctioned off next month in Paris.

And just when you thought Miss Strawberry couldn't get any sweeter... all of the proceeds go directly to Ce Ke du Bonheur, a French charity that strives to better the lives of children and teens in hospitals.

Awesome!

We love her talent as an actress, her devotion as a mother, and have the highest respect for her commitment to keeping her personal life, well.... personal!

London Fashion Week: Burberry

Fashion Week has jumped the pond all the way to London, and designers are going for gold this season, pulling out stunning look after look from an endless bag of tricks.

And one of our favorites thus far is Burberry's Spring 2013 collection by the very brilliant director Christoper Bailey.  With a truly stunning mixture of corsets, capes, vibrant color palate and electrifying shine, the designer spanned day looks with the classic trench, to evening gowns of peplum, sexy skirts and bustier dresses.  

And let's not forget the accessories!  Just as lusciously hued as the clothes, we saw sleek and bold pumps, candy sunglasses, transparent day bags, and clutches.
