Healthy Snacks for the Big Game
The Big Game XLV is this Sunday, February 6th. Who are you going for, Pittsburgh Steelers or Green Bay Packers? I don’t know about you but I am going for the Big Game snacks! Great, about a month into the new healthy you and we have something like the 45th championship game to destroy our waistline. Okay, that’s a little dramatic but we all know that the Big Game and snacking goes hand-in-hand, so let's try munching on healthy snacks like mango salsa in place of fattening dips, skewered shrimps - toss on the grill, pizza made from whole wheat dough topped with veggies and cheese, fruit kabobs and chili bowl with black beans, substituting meat with tofu for lower fat delight. Enjoy the game everyone!
