It is that time of year, fall pieces are being released and everyone is making their fall predictions; well, we have our own fall prediction. As shoe lovers, we predict the “it” shoe for this fall will come in metallic shades. The metallic hues on our feet will be the perfect little last detail that will complete our #ootds. 

We have to be daring, think outside of the box, and stop just wearing metallic shades during the holidays. Runway Looks To Die For! Reem Acra

Oh.  Em.  Gee.  It's not everyday that I'm completely blown away by every piece a designer sends down the runway, but this collection by Reem Acra, is everything.

While taking in the lovely sights of glamazons parading down the catwalk this season for New York Fashion Week, I've been impressed by many of the collections, which have stayed true to form from the designer's signature style.  But this one in particular jumped out at me, slapped me in the face, and said "Hey!  I've Arrived!"

The runway presented stunning metallics, gorgeous draping floor length gowns, geometric patterns, and ultra feminine/sexy cutouts, all against a dramatic red backdrop that made it seem as though the models were walking on liquid fire.

Reem Acra's spring collection is much darker and daring than the usual designer, but that's why I love it.  It stands out in the midnight crowd with slinky hemlines, ready-to-party-all-night attitude, and oozing sexiness.  This collection is not for the faint of heart... actually, Acra summed it up best with the final look in which the designer said "Boom!"
