Katy Perry Workout
We’re already at the end of the first month of 2011 and if you’re like me, the plan to get back in shape has been put on hold. Well, here is something easy Katy Perry does to stay in shape. The 26-year-old singer, jump rope for her cardio workout, five times a week for 25 intense minutes. Jump roping is an efficient way to get in your cardio, time-wise. In addition to Katy’s workout, she eats five small meals a day; two meals and three snacks a daily consisting of healthy fats, lean protein, fiber and non-sugar drink. Katy’s lifestyle is fairly simple for all of us incorporate in our daily schedule for a healthier new you.
