Victoria’s Secret Launches High End Line: See the Collection

Pretty much every woman and man knows the brand Victoria’s Secret.  And while images of sexy lace meets playful colors like bold reds, neons, and hot pinks, there’s a new look in town!

Victoria’s Secret launched a new collection last week called the Designer Collection.  Already disappearing off the shelves, the collection features a fresh new change to their signature styles, now catering to a sophisticated angel for women.  Grown up women.

You’ll see plenty of unlined lacy bras (hooray for natural curves!) to chiffon teddies and sheer garter belts.

And while the more adult-classic look is the new rage, you can also expect some new price tags popping up.  Bras retail from $98-$158, baby dolls and teddies from $158-$218, and panties and garter belts from $38-$68.

We’ve got photos of the collection.  What do you think?  Will you spend some extra money for the new sensible looks?

Colorful Arm Candy

Recently, we have been falling in love all over again with colorful friendship bracelets. It must be the changing seasons lifting up our spirits even more these days inspiring us to embrace different colors. Friendship bracelets remind us of our younger years making bracelets with our favorite colors and exchanging them with our friends. From many thin bracelets to a few thick bracelets to a combination of both, we absolutely adore the youthful look of friendship bracelets. Whether you are wearing one or many, friendship bracelets can be intermingled in your vintage, hippie, or even rocker look. All the fun colors and patterns stacked on your wrist is accessory heaven.

Look We Love: Cabana Cruise

This spring is all about exotic fashion. And what better way to rock the popular trend than with a look like this? The mellow yellow crochet knit sweater is super cute, and is definitely a good way to beat the sweltering heat. Then comes the best part of this look. We don't know about you, but we are drooling over the multicolored tribal shorts! They add the perfect touch of funky fun, and are all around amazing. Paired with a bold red lip and tangerine pumps--there's that "it" color again--this outfit is surely spring and summer worthy.

Rocking a statement pair of bottoms with a solid color top and heels is a perfect way to look stylish without too much brain power. And although your wallet may not be prepped for that mini vacay to a far away island, you can still get in the spirit by wearing a colorful fit like this one!

David Beckham’s H&M Underwear Commercial!

I know it’s been a long week, and the weekend is nearly here, but sometimes we need a pick me up to finish strong.  So, I’ve got 3 words that should do the trick:

David.  Beckham.  Underwear!

Never a more beautiful statement was made!  Yes, we’ve drooled over the still shots for his H&M bodywear campaign, but nothing says “buy my undies” quite like a moving visual (video below).

And it gets better… this nearly naked Beckham visage will be filling big screen TVs everywhere as it will be aired during the Super Bowl this Sunday!  So while the boys have Adriana Lima and Victoria’s Secret commercials to grab their gaze, we have something quite possibly steamier!

Oh yeah… and there’s some good shots of the undies too, for those interested in shopping.  And let’s not glaze over the wedding ring shot ladies… after all, he is taken.  But no harm in appreciating the beauty from afar right?  And at nearly 400,000 YouTube views already, I think I'm not the only one :)

Nail Color Craze

The emerging colorblock trend has brought much attention to bright and bold colors. Clothes, shoes, and accessories have been splashed in seagreen, fuschia, tangerine, and of course in combinations. To turn it up a notch real easy, consider the beauty of nail polish. Here are our 5 favorite colors for this Spring/Summer!

Malaysian Mist by OPI is a color easily overlooked because of its simplicity. However, that's exactly why we love it! It's simple yet natural and delicate. The light, barely pink-creamish color creates a feminine, soft look. Malaysian Mist paired with a red-orange ensemble is picture perfect.

Now let's get funky with Gargantuan Green Grape by OPI. You may think it's a little too much, but again this Spring is attracting a sea of bright colors. Experiment with this eye-catching lime green and see for yourself its wonders when paired with a pink top.

Every girl needs some glitter in their life. Save Me by OPI does just the trick in adding some glitter, sparkle, and shine to your nails. Save Me accomplishes the fun look that makes wearing a fuschia dress oh so dreamy.

OPI on Collins Ave. by OPI delivers a bold, daring statement. While this red-orange seems ideal for all seasons, it is especially a favorite during these warmer days. Its vibrancy is irresistible with a turquoise ensemble.

Fly by OPI is insanely gorgeous. The aqua blue is a must-have while tanning at the beach! Its a powerful color that works with many skin tones. We love colors that complement so a fabulous orange top is color popping done just right.

Trend Spotting: Tangerine Tango

From the runway to the street, tangerine is a hot hue for the upcoming spring. No matter how you rock it, the bold color manages to bring some pizzazz to any outfit. It's truly a show-stopper, which is why we've gathered a few of our favorite tangerine outfits, along with some helpful tips for you as an extra treat!
This outfit is very business savvy, and yet it is still amazingly stylish! The lightweight tangerine tee worn over the slimming black pencil skirt is an awesome combo for work or play. The neutral-toned handbag paired with towering chunky platform heels makes it all the more refined. And if you're not the type that loves to pile on the accessories, this is an even better pick for you, thanks to the simple woven chained bracelet and pendant necklace. The geeky eyeglasses are just an added plus to make you look chic and smart.
While this look is much more simple, it still speaks volumes. Perfect for a warm day, the white semi-sheer blouse and pleated tangerine midi skirt give this outfit a breezy touch, which is essential for the upcoming season. Accessories are scarce here as well, but with good reason. Sporting a neutral clutch is really all you need if you're going for that minimalist, less-is-more vibe. And adding a pair of strappy sandals tops it all off.
This look is actually our fave! We can't stop staring at this stunning fluorescent tangerine dress--and that super chic cape! Simple yet sassy is just how we like our spring fashion, and this ensemble is just that. The dress makes the look; the buckled belt, canvas handbag, and strappy wooden wedges all give it more a laid-back feel. And because this dress is such a bold statement piece, that makes it perfect for day or night! Swap those wedges for stilettos and the large bag for a sparkling clutch to spice things up for an evening outfit. Awesome right?

As you can already tell, easy-breezy fashion is the way to go this spring. Airy fabrics will give your look more of a luxe feel, and with a splash of tangerine orange, your fabulous style will be hard to ignore. What do you think of these tangerine outfits?

Brazilian Blowout Seekers Beware!

It’s time to take a serious look at Brazilian Blowouts ladies!  At least, the California Attorney General encourages you to…

Last year the CAG warned people against the hair super smoothing treatment after their research found 8% of the carcinogen Formaldehyde in it’s formula.  In case you’re wondering…. That’s the same amount that’s used in embalming fluid!  GROSS!

State officials have just issued an order to the manufacturers of Acai Professional Smoothing Solution stating that they must use hazard warning labels on their packaging.

I’d like to think that people can find a better, healthier way to smooth their locks.

What do you think?  Have you had a Brazilian Blowout before?  Will you take the risk now?  If not, please spread the word about it’s risks to your friends!
